1. DROP FORGED HAMMER
We are equipped with 3 friction drop hammers.
2. Screw Presses
We are equipped with 2 Heavy duty “00” number Forging screw presses which can forge components upto 2 kilograms.
TOOL ROOM
Our Tool room is fully equipped with modem machines and testing equipments consisting of Electric discharge machine 14’ & 6’ lathe machines, milling and shaper machines etc. The regular upgrades are followed by us under our ongoing improvement projects in the company.
PRESSES
We have latest technology power presses ranging from 5 tons to 150 tons capacity, shearing machines. Our own design department in pressings is capable of handling any sort of Press work in-house development.
HEAT TREATMENT
Our plant is equipped with latest technology INDUCTION HEATER. Our entire Hand tools categories are duly heat treated over in-house induction hardening machine.
MACHINING
For the purpose of machining of the products we have different kinds of Grinding processes, drilling machines , multi-drilling machines , 150 ton screw presses , Heavy duty Broaching machines and 4 Shot blasting machines.
